Vintage Shoe/Dress Buckle, Filigree, 1930's-1940's. Silver tone and rectangular with a floral and scrolled design with open work between the design and an open center. It is appx. 2-1/3" by 1.5". the frame is appx. 11mm wide. It has two clips on the back that have the gripping tooth in each clip. Cast metal. It is in very good conditon. It isnot signed by the maker. (W81024.4 SS14482 J AZ LD 8/28/24)
