Vintage Perfume Flower Cart, Max Factor, 1960's. Has perfume - unsure of scent but these originally held Hypnotique, 2" by 1.25" with spinning wheels. Orange and yellow rhinestones set in some of the blossoms. Gold tone. Could slip a chain through it to make it a pendant or carry it in your purse when a little scent is needed. Very good condition.
