Vintage Brown Heishi Beaded Floral Pendant & SHell Necklace, 16" Coiled Collar, Post MId-Century. 1980's or slightly before or after. The brown beads over the coil appear to be a shell or some ot her natural material and are appx. 2.9mm wide. At the front of the necklace are pink/whie shell beads that are offset rectangular shapes and are appx. 1/3" wide up to 1/2". Dangling in the center of those beads is a domed woodent piece with a painted tropical floral image. The dangle is appx. 1.25" long and slightly less wide - the back is domed nad top is curved with the center being the higherst point. It has a lea therstrand that runs through a hole on top center and is attached to the coil. This is like a piece purchased while visiting a tropical area or perhaps hand made for resale elsewhere. The coil easily separates making it easy to slip on. Very good condition and not marked or signed. (W1723.4 SS15307 J LD 3/27/25).
