Title:Vintage 10kt Ruby Ring, Sz. 5.5, Woman's, Scrolled. Appx. .50 ctw. 1930's-1950's

Description:Vintage 10kt Ruby Ring, Sz. 5.5, Woman's, Scrolled. Appx. .50 ctw. 1930's-1950's/ 10kt yellow gold with an appx, weight of 1.18 gr. The stone is appx. 4.5mm across and has a scrolled design on the band at the sides of the stone with open work under the stone. Six prongs hold the ruby. The ruby is believed to be natural. It has the veiling inside the stone which is present in natural stones and flux lab created stones. Lab grown stones are not glass but crystals grown with the same properties as that gemstone occurring in nature. This was sold as natural. The ring is appx. 5.6mm wide going down the finger at center. The band is appx, 3mm at top and tapers to appx. 1.4mm at the back of the finger. It is signed with an unknown maker's mark and marked 10kt and tested. Very good vintage condition. (W12023.8X2 SS13267 J LD 2/18/24).
