Vintage Avon Photo Locket Spinner Brooch, 1970's-1980's. Gold tone brooch that is papx. 1-1/3" tall and 1-1/8" wide. The center has an oval that will spin (when the pinback is open) so you can have the decorative starburst design on front with a clear rhinestone - or a photo. The center is a locket that you open to slide in the photo. The pinback must be in the open position to allow it to spin. Gold tone. Very clean and very good condition.
