Vintage Clear Rhinestone Flared Brooch/Pendant, 1940's-1960's. Silver tone with a center tiered circle of clear rhinestones around a recessed appx. 6.5mm clear rhinestones. The stones in the tier and the ones flared out at the bottom are appx. 3.5mm . It is has three ridged and curved rays that come out from the sides of the blossoms on each side. It is appx. 2" wide and 1-5/8" tall. It has both a locking pinback and a loop to slip a chain through to wear as a necklace. It is not signed or marked. Very good condition.
