Fine model of the US Coast Guard Lightship "Nantucket". Exceptional Model with carved hardwood Hull. The masts and many of the fittings are milled brass. Details include Railings, stove pipe, lifeboats, cabins, bell, bollards, foghorn, beacons, funnels, etc. Fitted to a glass case with mahogany base and wood trim on glass. The name Nantucket is painted on both sides of the Hull. Exhibition quality model that is loaded with detail from bow to stern. The Hull is painted red over dark gray. Weight: 12 lbs. Overall Dimensions: 24"H x 30"W x 10"D
