circa 1775, spearhead banding centering floral decoration, the arms of Grant in the border, motto reads "Radicem Firmant Frondes", 1 x 11-1/2 x 8-1/4 in.; circa 1760, floral sprays and chain banding centering arms of Herne impaling Ruggles, 1-1/8 x 10-3/8 x 7 in.
Provenance: Estate of Lamar John Ryan Cecil, Lynchburg, Virginia
