Title: FRENCH ART DECO CHANDELIER GLASS MULLER Cubist brown metal

Description: This chandelier, crafted in France during the late 1920s to early 1930s, is an unsigned piece by the Muller brothers , this design is well published as being a Muller freres , whose renowned work was highly desired for their chandeliers and art glass pieces. However, the crash of 1929 severely impacted their business, leading to the permanent closure of the Muller Freres studios in 1936.
Featuring an original brass nicled plated mounting with original glass shade, rewired with American socket, this chandelier represents the last era in France where brass pieces of such quality were produced before the mass production boom of the 1950s. Unsigned Muller Freres
Rewired , size H.42 x W.22 x Center glass 14 in.. , rewired with 6 US sockets , wrought iron frame with bronze finish.
