Description: Dicken’s Works Illustrated Dombey and Son. Published by James R. Osgood and Co. Boston 1875 Hardcover Green cloth boards with embossed design to front & back covers, gilt image of Dickens on front cover, gilt title & decoration to spine. Brown end papers. Tissue protected frontis. 16 black & white illustrations by S. Eytinge. Front hinge cracked, partially detached. Spine ends frayed, chipped. Tips worn. No missing pages, no writing or bookplate. Upper edges of board torn up a bit, upper page edges have small chips, some chipping along upper corner of pages. Book measures 4 1/4” x 6” x 1”.
