Spine title in gilt, with Indian head image in black and red, publisher in black . Light wear to spine caps, very light wear to tips. Black & white illustrations. Black & white frontis. Foxing to title page, some small stains on preceding page and next page. Tiny bookseller stamp to lower right side of fep.
Binding tight, no torn, loose or missing pages. A few pencil marks upper right corner ffep.
Book is in amazing condition, especially considering it is 119 years old!
