Uncut page fore edges and bottom edges, upper page edges in gilt.
Binding is tight & square, no loose pages,no writing inside or out. Edge wear, corners bumped, worn; water staining to page fore edges,some raised horizontal lines front cover, pages are uneven due to water exposure. Book is not musty, pages are mostly very clean.
