Green leather with bright gilt edging and coat of arms to the front and rear covers - who checks at me to death is dight, gilt title and design to spine, small gilt design around all edges of covers. Beautiful and detailed illustrations, 10 plates with an engraved title page. 312 pps.
Inscription in script to pg. after ffep, foxing to fep and three pages beyond, wear to both ends of spine, small tear left bottom side of spine.
