Appears unread. Very tight binding with no staining, no missing loose or torn pages, no writing. Some uncut pages.
Partial black leather binding with gold, blue, white and red marbled boards, gilt title and design to spine. Decorated endpapers. Gilt upper page edges, rough cut fore edges and lower edges of text block.
Very clean crisp pages.
Very minor wear to leather spine ends, tips, edges.
Amazing condition considering age of this book!
