Henry S. Williams (1847–1918) was an American paleontologist and geologist who served as a professor at Yale University and later at Cornell University. He was a specialist in Devonian stratigraphy and paleontology and played an important role in advancing geological correlation studies in the United States during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
