The cover features a portrait of Dizengoff, Israeli postage marking the 50th anniversary of Tel Aviv, and official Tel Aviv postmarks, including Herzlia Hebrew Gymnasium. Signed in blue ink by Tankus at right. A strong naval and military association piece linking a senior Israeli Navy commander with a key civic anniversary in Israel’s early statehood period.
