Edwin C Eldridge (19/20th century) Graphite on paper, signed top right, measures 10 x 7 and 12 inches. Quarter-length portrait of Edwin Eldridge. He was the first curator of the Layton Art Gallery, and an accomplished portrait artist. He stimulated an interest in art in Wisconsin by giving lectures to public schools and teacher associations.
