Description

A vintage Art Caps manufactured West Point cadet's dress cover in fair condition overall. This lot is capable of being restored. The top of the cover has scattered stains, that if treated properly could likely be removed. The stitching that holds the gold fabric strap above the visor appears to have come lose and is being held together with a piece of tape.
