Antique 18th-Century Chinese Export Tobacco Leaf Porcelain Platter – 11" x 15"

A stunning example of 18th-century Chinese export porcelain, this Tobacco Leaf platter features the iconic and highly sought-after multicolor botanical design, hand-painted in vibrant shades of cobalt blue, green, rose, orange, and gold. Measuring 11" x 15", it showcases the rich detail and craftsmanship typical of export wares made for Western markets during the Qing Dynasty.

The "Tobacco Leaf" pattern"”named for the tropical foliage it resembles"”is one of the most elaborate and beloved motifs in Chinese export porcelain, often associated with luxury and fine taste.

Condition: Very good antique condition with minor wear consistent with age. Some light rubbing to the enamel and gilding, but no visible cracks or repairs.
