Description
Bill Pusztai is a Canadian fine art photographer celebrated for his thoughtful, often botanical imagery that blurs the line between photography and drawing. This framed pair features a luminous color photograph, "Seattle Japanese Garden," and a delicate botanical work, "Black Locust," both pencil-signed and numbered limited editions.
"Seattle Japanese Garden" captures floating leaves and ripples across a pool of deep gold and amber reflections, creating an abstract, almost painterly composition. "Black Locust" presents seed pods arranged in a circular motif, rendered with fine graphite-like shading that emphasizes form and structure. Together they make a sophisticated, nature-inspired diptych ideal for a contemporary, organic modern, or minimalist interior.
Both works are professionally framed by American Art "Make-A-Frame" in Rockville, MD with coordinating neutral mats and TruVue conservation UV-blocking glass. The framer labels are visible on the reverse. Frames measure approximately 30 x 22 inches (photo) and 22 x 26 inches (print).
Condition is very good overall with light frame wear. Note that "Black Locust" has a small puncture/tear in one pod area and a minor ding, which are reflected in the price. Ready to hang with existing wire hardware.
