Late 19th. C. ROYAL DOULTON Stoneware Floral Relief Vase

Large size - 10: tall, 7" diameter in center, 4.5" opening at top and 4" at base.

Gorgeous color way and textured / raised floral, grape, leaf detailing.

Many shades of blue, gray, antique white, plum purple, greens, rich browns...this is truly a beautifully crafted object.

Marked on base as it should be, glazed around top as well.

Art Nouveau England at its best - a lovely thing that will be a credit to any cultivated collection.

My mother-in-law loves Royal Doulton, and we still use "china" as our tableware, so we keep an eye out for porcelains that are unusual and exceptional..especvially when they are colorful and can be paired for daily living.
