Condition

CONDITION REPORT: In good overall condition. Scattered minor seam separations, nicks, age splits, and small losses to the finish throughout. A visible old glue repair to the top left side molding. Finials replaced, and the hardware appears to be original with wear around the handles and some escutcheons. Expected nicks and wear to the legs and feet. Structurally sound. Notwithstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
