Born on November 2, 1946, in the city of Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod). Graduated from the Kharkov Art School (1969). Teachers by specialty: P. Shigimaga. Theater artist, painter, graphic artist. Honored Artist of Ukraine (2007). Taught (1969-1971 and 1987-1991); worked as an artist at an art production plant in Kharkov (1971-1973), Poltava City House of Culture (1976-1978), chief artist at the musical comedy theater in the city of Saransk (Mordovia, Russia, 1981-1983), methodologist at the Poltava Methodological Center for Folk Art (1983 -1987), director of the small creative scientific and production enterprise "For Peace" in Poltava (1991-2003); chief artist of the Poltava Ukrainian Musical Drama Theater named after. Gogol. Participated in exhibitions since 1969. Personal exhibitions - in the village of Dikanka, Poltava region, Munich (1991), Kyiv (1995), Poltava (1996, 1998), Poland (2005), Bordeaux (France, 2007). Main works: painting - "Autumn" (1971); triptych - "My Life" (1986), "Church in Krakow" (1994), "The Witch" (1995), "Prague Rhythms" (1996); diptych - "Gogol's Dreams" (2003), "In the Garden of Desires", "Hot Summer" (2006); graphics - "Evening motives" (1996); designed the performances - "Gypsy Love" (1981), "Kiss Me, Kat!" (1982), "My Dear Pamela" (2003), "Sorochinskaya Fair", "Everyone Dances" based on the play "Widows" by S. Mrozhek (2004), "The Mother-in-Law Changed Her Daughters-in-Law" by V. Kanivtsya (2006). Lived and worked in the city of Poltava.
