Vintage White Puka Like Necklace & Bracelet Set, 19" and 7.75". The beads in the necklace are appx. 5.5mm wide but vary in size. Single strand with a button loop and clasp. There is a woven-like end to the necklaceon each side. Other than the button, they have a dull finish. The bracelet is nearly 8" long with the same type of clasp but it is a chunky braided design. The beads/shells may not be puka but they have that look but the finish is dull and they are very uniform in color so they could be imitation or some other material. They do not match in size and shape giving them a natural appearance. They are not plastic or glass. They have a great island type look to them. Very good condition. Most likely hand made given the button clasp and possibly an island souvenier. They are not signed or marked. Age is estimated at 1980's-1990's. (W7922.1X1 SS8151 J LD 8/22/22).
