Vintage Sterling Agate & Spinel Southwestern Necklace, 20", 1980's-1990's. The pendant is appx. 2-3/8" long with a round and oval whattest as spinel bezel-set stone - the round is appx. 4.5mm round and the oval is appx. 7mm by 4.5mm. the round is above the agate which is maroon and red with some black, and the oval is below. The agate is also bezel-set and appx. 21mm tall and wide and comes to a point at the bottom - a rounded triangular shape with beaded accents at the bottom of the pendant and the bottom of the point of the agate. Weightof the pendant is appx. 19.91 gr. It is marked sterling and tested. It has a 20" black 2mm round laminated cord chain with lobster clasp. there is an appx. 2" extender chain which is part of that measurement. The pendant is estimated at 1980's-1990's and has both a southwestern and boho vibe. It is not marked or signed. The chain is newer. The bail is a wide swing bail and will accommodate almost any chain which will be easy to switch as the clasp will fit through the opening easily. Very good condition.
