Vintage Sterling Southwestern Carnelian Dangle Brooch/Pendant, Mexico. Signed AIS, marked Mexico and sterling. Tested with a weight of appx 29.21 grams. Age is appx. 1970's-1980's. The carnelian is bezel-set and is appx. 39mm wide and 30mm tall and appx. 11mm thick. It has eleven staggered dangles with the center being the longest. They are round but at the bottom, hammered. flat. The brooch/pendant is appx. 2.7/8" long and 1.75" wide. Very good condition. (W1723.2X8 SS9350 J LD 1/14/23).
