Vintage Sterling Puffy Open Heart Necklace, 18", 1980's-1990's, Signed. The chain is a box chain that is appx. 1mm wide with a spring clasp. It is marked .925 and Italy and signed HAN . The heart is open in the center and a modernist style, thicker at the bottom and it is slightly over 1/2" in ech direction. It too is marked .925 and has a stamp that I cannot make out. Both pieces have been tested and test as sterling with a combined weight of 2.96 gr. It is in very good condition. (W121722.1X1 SS9261 J LD 1/4/23).
