Vintage Sterling Amethyst Ring, Ridged Band, Sz. 7.75, Signed SU. Marked .925 at 2.33 gr. Tests as sterling. The amethyst is bezel-set and slightly raised over the band. It is appx. 7mm by 5.5mm. The ridged band is tapered and gets wider as it moves up the finger. At the sides it is appx. 3mm and is 7mm at top where it meets the stone. The band at the back of the finger is smooth and slightly rounded and appx. 2.5mm. Age is appx. 1970's-1980's. There is a chip out of the bezel. The stone is stable Good condition to very good other than the chip as mentioned - meaning the rest of the ring is vry nice. (W111222.1X1 SS9106 AZ LEB* LD 12/22/22).
