The artist originally created his 'Without Borders' painting for Ted Turner's documentary of the same name.
The documentary explored five of the world's major rivers and the life they sustain.
The film and Max's art helped raise awareness of the health of the Amazon, other great rivers, the rainforest and our environment in the late 1980s.
