Locket – ¾ in (1.9 cm) x ¾ in (1.9 cm) x 1/8 in (0.3 cm) thick.
The locket has a pretty tooled design highlighted with a garnet stone set within a starburst. It has an ornate finial for attachment to the chain. It can be opened to place two photos inside.
The gold on the locket is thicker than modern plating.
There is a mark on the bail that I don't recognize (see circled area)

Hangs 13 in (33.0 cm).

CONDITION
There are no breaks. Although there are many fine scratches on the surface of the locket, it still glitters with gold. The chain shows somewhat more wear to the gold. The locket does not have any glass or a frame inside.
