the first modelled as Romeo and Juliet, the loveres standing in a tender embrace, Romeo wearing Renaissance costume with plumed cap and cloak, Juliet leaning toward him, the oval base cast with the title 'ROMEO ET JULIETTE'; the second modelled as Faust and Margaret (Gretchen), the figures shown standing closley together, Faust wearing renaissance dress with featherered cap and cloak Marguerite beside him holing a flower, the oval base cast with the title 'FAUST ET MARGUERITE'
