Fitted dress with in black wool twill. Notched and peaked lapels. Full-length sleeves with three-button closures at cuffs. Bodice and skirt gathered into a wide waistband. Double breasted; with four button and three hook-and-eye closures. Fully lined. Includes extra buttons and fabric.
