Main textile: Goyardine-pattern painted canvas stretched over wood frame.
Trim: Stained wood slats and lacquered leather with brass rivets.
Lining: Brown canvas.

Handles: Leather handle at top and bottom of trunk.
External details: Three brass front latch closures, stained wood slats rivetted to each side, brass metal brackets and corner caps, travel stickers throughout exterior.
Interior details: Brown canvas-lined interior, six wooden hangers, two removable wooden slats with leather buckled straps, five interior drawers with Goyard jacquard adjustable straps inside.

Condition: The overall condition is good, in consideration of the antique nature of the item, with the following:Structural Issues: The lacquered leather trim has spots of finish loss and light cracking throughout. Scuffs, scratches, and abrasions scattered throughout exterior.Losses: Key to lock/unlock front latch closure is missing.Fading/Color Change: The canvas, lacquered leather, and wood on the exterior has darkened in various areas. The interior lining has darkened around the sides of the lid, top, side panels, and base of the bottom of the trunk. Light residue spots from previous stickers throughout exterior.Soiling/Spots: The lining of the trunk and interior of drawers have various areas of light soiling throughout the interior.Corrosion/Tarnish: The lacquered leather trim has several roughed spots throughout the lid and upper part of the trunk. Some very light verdigris throughout metal rivets and latch closures.Everything is sold ‘As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
