An exceptional and unusually large handcrafted solid 10 karat yellow gold cuff bracelet featuring an intricately hand-engraved dogfish (shark) formline design representing the Wooshkeetaan clan crest of the Xunaa Kwáan (Hoonah and Glacier Bay area), upon a crosshatched background, adding depth to the scene. The bracelet is signed c.1987 on the inside by Tlingit jewelry artist Gene Chilton of Juneau, Alaska. Designed to fit a wrist measuring approximately 7" in circumference, measures 2" wide, and has a total weight of 62.12 grams.
