A French pair of carved and painted wood three tier pedestals from the mid 20th century. These mid-century pedestals from France each have a round-shaped top, with two consecutive, triangular-shaped shelves below, framed within wooden c-scroll side posts (with star adornments to their tips), and raised from the floor upon tripod legs that slope down onto pad style feet. The have a green finish with painted leaf embellishments on the legs and outer posts. Note that there are some stains and losses in some areas to the painted finish. Pedestal tops measure approximately 1 ft in diameter. These mid 20th century French pedestals, with their green coloring and open/airy presence, will make an attractive pair of displays for art or plants.
