About the Artist

Félix Martín Martín was born in Las Mestas in the autumn of 1953, in the province of Cáceres, Spain. He began his artistic formation in Barcelona, where he studied for six years at the Tárrega Academy, developing a strong technical foundation in painting.

From 1992 onward, driven to further refine his artistic voice, he became involved in several prestigious artistic circles in Barcelona.

He exhibited in the annual competition of the Cercle Artístic de Sant Lluc in 1995, 1997, and 1999, and participated in exhibitions at the Real Cercle Artístic – Institut Barcelonès d'Art in 1998 and 2000"”institutions long associated with Catalonia's serious fine art tradition.
