Pair of Chinese Cong-style hexagonal table lamps from 60's. They feature a black lacquered wooden body with intricate mother-of-pearl inlay depicting floral patterns.
The pillar-like shape is known as a Cong style, traditionally used for Chinese ritual vessels and later adapted for decorative vases.
They are adorned with Chinoiserie motifs, specifically flowering trees and seasonal floral designs.
Cords and plugs are clear and were newly professionally replaced. Each lamp has a double standard socket with on/off chain. On each lamp base there is another on/off switch.
Shades are not included. Brass pole is adjustable from 27" to 31" in height.
