This gold and transparent Murano vintage inspried conch is very special in the fact it challenged even the Italian glass masters. The glass makers blew all the edges spiral with web in a particular shape of a conch. Picked for the beauty and size; conch shells would have been blown and heard for miles in ancient cultures. This conch is 6.5 inch wide, 9 inches deep and 3.5 high. I believe it to be made during the 1950's. I found this amazing piece in the window of a store in Cambria, CA.
