A charming hand crafted and painted majolica Italian wall plaque after legendary sculptor Della Robbia (1399-1482). Born in the late 19th / early 20th century.

The circular ceramic plaque detailing throughout, vivid polychrome colored fruit wreath border and a carved central sculpture of the Holy Family in high relief. . The top with a wire for quick and easy wall hanging.

Made in Italy and numbered 103
Given the highly carved details of the fruit wreath this is likely an early example production.
