Later, Nemon realised a bronze bust from that plaster, which had been lost for over 20 years, and was found in the early 2000s by his sons. In 2009, Queen Elizabeth II unveiled the bust in the House of Lords.
Oscar Nemon was one of Britain's best-known sculptors, and during his career produced busts of Sir Winston Churchill, the Queen Mother, and Margaret Thatcher.
