Neat piece in very good condition. Some stains as shown in photos. I have been buying these for 25 years and never seen a perfect one. HAS ALL tassles which is extremely rare. Has original hoop that holds umbrella closed. Has original made in Japan. Probably dates to 1920 period. Measures 20" in diameter. 27" total length. . Shipping includes insurance.
