A vintage mid-century classic burnt orange metal rolling Steelcase office chair that rolls and reclines like a charm!

his well-built office chair was made in the mid 1950's by the Steelcase company of Grand Rapids, Michigan and features its original burnt orange Naugahyde vinyl seat and backrest. The chair features a steel frame with a gray finish, chromed steel base and rolls on heavy duty 2" casters. The chair measures 19"' deep, 17" wide with a 17" X 17" seat the backrest measures 19" wide X 9" high and adjusts from 6" to 8" above the seat (measured to bottom of backrest). The seat height is adjustable from approx. 16" up to 20" off the floor. It also has a lean-back tension adjustment located under the seat. The generously thick (4") seat cushion is very comfortable.
