Vintage Bamboo Rattan Adjustable Lounge Chair / Recliner

Description

Vintage c.1950's bamboo lounge chair / recliner! It has a double woven rattan seat and back, very stylish and sturdy, likely French in origin. The foot stool pulls out from the chair seat along a central rod, and the chair back has 3 different back positions, as a Morris chair would have.

It is in very good vintage condition, with age appropriate wear. Small amount of edge fraying to one side of the ottoman, not bad though as shown. Otherwise all the wrapping throughout is tight and clean.

It measures 24 1/2" wide, 38" tall and 33 1/2" deep with a 13 1/2" seat height, when measured fully upright. With the ottoman pulled out and the back reclined, it is approximately 72" in total length.
