The inscriptions include E PLURIBUS UNUM and the date 1887. The reverse displays an eagle with outstretched wings clutching arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a wreath, with the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR. Struck in 90% silver and 10% copper, containing 0.7734 troy ounces of fine silver.
