Title: Oil painting Further away from the city Boris Serdyuk Description: NoAAA3793This oil painting cardboard, titled "Further Away from the City", the composition draws the viewer's eye along a meandering path that stretches into the distance, leading towards rolling hills and an expansive sky. In the foreground, a field bathed in golden hues creates a striking contrast against the darker tones of the trees and hills. A large, shadowy tree on the left side of the painting acts as a visual anchor, balancing the composition and adding depth. As the landscape extends further, the colors gradually transition from warm yellows and greens to cool blues and purples, enhancing the sense of distance and vastness. The positioning of elements within the scene encourages the viewer to imagine stepping into the painting, feeling the openness of nature and the fresh air of the countryside. The painting features a dynamic interplay between warm and cool tones. The foreground is dominated by vibrant yellows, oranges, and earthy greens, suggesting a field bathed in late afternoon sunlight. These warm hues give way to cooler blues and purples in the middle and background, reinforcing the depth of the scene and the sense of moving further away from urban life. The sky is rendered in soft pastel shades of lavender, pink, and light blue, suggesting a moment of transition-perhaps early morning or late afternoon. Wispy clouds, painted with bold, swirling brushstrokes, add movement and energy to the sky, giving it a dynamic presence within the composition. The sky, though softer in color, maintains a sense of liveliness through the visible, energetic brushwork. The blending of colors in the distant hills and valleys is achieved with more fluid, sweeping strokes, emphasizing the openness of the space. This variety in texture adds to the realism and immersive quality of the painting. The painting also conveys the passage of time through its colors and atmosphere. The sky hints at either the beginning or the end of the day, reinforcing the idea of transition and change. This could symbolize the feeling of leaving behind the stresses of daily life and finding solace in the open countryside.
