About the artist: Born in Mozdok, North Ossetia, in 1928. Graduated from: "Krasnodar Art School" 1946-50; "St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.Ye. Repin "1951-55. Participated in exhibitions since 1955. Important exhibitions: "Soviet Russia", Moscow, 1960. Lived and worked in Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Territory, until 1972; then to Stavropol.
