A collection of seven O-gauge toy train components manufactured by Lionel, consistent with Postwar production. The grouping includes one black steam locomotive marked 246 and six pieces of rolling stock constructed from die-cast metal and pressed steel. The freight cars include a green and yellow Union Pacific hopper with a simulated load, a red service car marked SP LIONEL 6257, and a blue flatcar marked 3419 LIONEL carrying a simulated load. Also present are a black gondola marked PEN, NYC, LVA, and VTA, a red NYC gondola containing a black pipe load, and a red LIONEL LINES 64273 caboose. The collection represents various types of freight and service cars typical of the Lionel Postwar era.
