Vintage Sterling Bird Brooch, Georg Jensen, Denmark, 1950's. The Georg Jensen 320 Bird Brooch was designed by Arno Malinowski around the year 1953. This sterling silver brooch, designed in the form of a bird in flight, features a post-1944 Georg Jensen hallmark, indicating its creation after this period and around the time it was first introduced. The brooch is appx. 1.75" wide and 1" tall. It looks like a little chubby blue bird but really, can be any bird. I've seen this same brooch offered in quite a few venues - only one was $299 the others were mid $300's to as high as $485 at a recognized jeweler's site. Very good condition. It is sterling with an appx. weight of 10.52 grams. (W91326.1X1 SS16686 J LD 9/27/25).
