Vintage AB Butterfly Sweater Guard/Clip, Faux Pearl, 1950's. The butterflies have the look of flapping wings with two leveals of pastel molded wings in pale aqua, pink and yellow with aurora borealis rhinestones set on the tips of the wings, the antenna, head and tail end. The butterflies are each appx. 1.75" wide and 1.25" tall with a gold tone clip on the back with a patent number 2853761 dated back to 1958 by Phillip Kettell. The chain length between the butterflies is 5" and made of 4mm faux pearl beads and gold tone links. This is in near mint condition for its age. Great vintage piece that is perfect for the vintage fashionista. It is not signed by the maker - only the patent number. (W51323.6 SS10451 J LD 6/18/23)
