This is a petite brooch that is appx. 3/4" wide and slightly less tall.It has blue and clear rhinestones in the wings - some larger than the other with red/orange colored rhinestone eyes. It is not signed or marked. Some wear - good condition. (BL7613.2 SS14459 AZ LD 9/3/24).
